We offer digital products, specifically software activation key(s), within India only.
2. Delivery Mode:
Your purchased digital product, the software activation key(s), will be delivered to your email address.
3. Delivery Timeframe for Digital Product:
After receiving your order for software activation key(s), we will deliver the activation key(s) to your email address within 2 hours. However, if the email delivery is delayed due to any technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances on our side, please contact our customer care team immediately by email at info@toolflick.com or call to our customer support helpline at +91-7597023048. Our dedicated support team will resolve the issue within 24 hours from the date of your request, and the software activation key(s) will be delivered either by email or, via WhatsApp or text message or in website.
4. Delivery Charges:
We do not charge any delivery costs for sending or delivering digital products, such as software license activation key(s), via email delivery method.
5. Order Cut-off Time:
Please note that our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Any orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next day, while orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
