Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

We deliver digital products, the software license activation key(s) via email within 2 hours of receiving the order. Order cancellations are accepted only if requested before the software license activation key(s) have been delivered to you. To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team by email at  info@toolflick.com or call our customer support helpline at +91-7597023048.

2. Order Cancellation Fees:

Order cancellation fee 10% will be deducted from the total order value and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

3. Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 3 days from the date your order cancellation request is received. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 days.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy:

Please note that we sell all software license key(s) for pre-paid software subscriptions only. Once a pre-paid software subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled until the end of its pre-mentioned subscription validity period.
