By joining the Toolflick Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Toolflick Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Toolflick products using unique referral links provided by Toolflick.

2. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid website, YouTube channel, social media page, or marketing platform
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Toolflick reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Approval

• All affiliate accounts require manual approval
• Toolflick may reject applications that include:
  • Adult, illegal, or misleading content
  • Spam-based marketing practices
  • Copyright-infringing or unethical activities

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a percentage-based commission per valid sale
• Commission rates are determined by Toolflick and may change at any time
• Commissions are earned only on successfully completed and paid orders

Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commission.

5. Cookie Duration

• Toolflick uses browser cookies to track referrals
• The standard cookie duration is 30–60 days
• If a customer clears cookies or uses another device, tracking may fail

6. Payment Terms

• Minimum payout threshold applies
• Payments are processed manually or automatically based on Toolflick’s payment schedule
• Payment methods may include:
  • Bank transfer
  • If Other supported methods

Toolflick is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading, false, or deceptive claims
• Impersonate Toolflick or represent themselves as employees
• Bid on Toolflick brand keywords in paid ads (unless written permission is given)
• Send spam emails or use unethical marketing tactics

Affiliates may:

• Promote using blogs, YouTube, social media, and email (opt-in only)
• Use approved marketing materials provided by Toolflick

8. Prohibited Activities

The following actions will result in immediate termination:

• Fraudulent referrals or fake purchases
• Cookie stuffing or unauthorized tracking methods
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link)
• Abuse of discount codes or referral systems

9. Account Termination

Toolflick reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
• Withhold unpaid commissions earned through policy violations

Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by contacting Toolflick support.

10. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may not:

• Copy or modify Toolflick branding without permission
• Register domains or social accounts using the Toolflick name or variations

All intellectual property belongs solely to Toolflick.

11. Limitation of Liability

Toolflick will not be liable for:

• Tracking failures
• Technical errors
• Loss of income or data

The affiliate program is provided “as is” without warranties.

12. Modification of Terms

Toolflick may update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
